A student, still working things out.

I'm Muhammad Alyan Ashraf, a bioinformatics student at COMSATS University Islamabad. I'm interested in AI, software, products, and the parts of bioinformatics that make me stop and look closer.

I'm early in my career. I'm not an expert, and I don't want this site to pretend that I am. I use AI coding tools a lot. They help me move from an idea to an experiment quickly, but they also make it obvious how much I still need to understand.

Usually I start because I notice something that feels awkward, confusing, or unnecessarily difficult. Sometimes that becomes a project. Sometimes it stays as a note in a folder.
